The Town of Danville will be in our neighborhood two times this fall for curbside leaf clean-up. The first date is Monday, October 30 and the second date is Monday, November 27. Board of Directors Meeting
The Orchard Estates Section Three Property Owners Association Board of Directors will have a meeting on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 600 N. Washington Street, Danville.
Annual Meeting Reminder
Our annual property owners meeting will take place this Thursday, June 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the basement of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 600 N. Washington St., Danville. The meeting agenda will include the President’s report, the Treasurer’s report, and voting for a new board member. Annual Meeting
Our annual property owners meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 15. The meeting will take place at St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 600 N. Washington St., Danville. The notice for the meeting was included with the new Rental Restriction amendment that all property owners received in the mail last week.

It’s yard/garage sale time
Some of our neighbors are planning yard/garage sales for Friday, May 12 and Saturday, May 13. If you have been cleaning out your basement, attic, or closets and also want to have a sale on that Friday and/or Saturday, click on the Comment button and let us know. If we have enough people having sales that weekend, we can advertise that our neighborhood is having a community sale. Please let us know if you want to participate. Thank you!

Ballot for Rental Restrictions
All Property Owners should by now have received a ballot for adding an article restricting rentals to our covenants. Owners may turn in their ballots as stated at the bottom of the form, or may vote at a meeting to be held on April 20, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Augustine Episcopal Church. Please take time to submit your ballot before the meeting or plan to come to the meeting to vote. If you didn’t receive a ballot or need a new one, please contact us through the website here.
Utility Marker Flags
We received confirmation from Banning Engineering, the company that did surveying in the neighborhood a few months ago, that we can remove the utility marker flags from our yards.
Reminder: Assessment Payments and Ballots are Due January 31st
Please submit your assessment payment and ballot by the end of the day tomorrow, Tuesday, January 31st. Ballots and assessments may be dropped off at any board member’s home. Addresses are listed at the bottom of the ballot. If you need a new ballot, they may be found here.
Assessment Notice & Ballot
Assessment notice letters were mailed to all Property Owners at the end of December. A new ballot to vote on an amendment to the Covenants was also included in mailing. Owners are asked to vote again on the proposed amendment to replace Article XVIII. Amendments or Revocation. More information about the amendment is on the ballot.
