Board of Directors Meeting
There will be a Board of Directors meeting this Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 6:30 pm. We have openings for new board members. If you are interested in helping our homeowners association by being a board member, please come to the meeting. Being on the board doesn’t take up a lot of time, and we will provide help and assistance to new board members. The meeting will take place in the basement of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, 600 N. Washington Street, Danville.
Board Members Needed
Our annual homeowners meeting took place this past Thursday evening. We have two retiring board members and we need to fill their positions. Please contact us here if you want to volunteer to be on the board or want more information about being a board member. Serving on the board doesn’t take up much time and previous board members will provide support whenever needed. The meeting agenda will include the President’s report and the Treasurer’s report. We will also vote for a new board member. Neighborhood Garage Sales
It’s that time of the year for neighborhood garage sales to pop up. Some of our Orchard Estates neighbors are planning to have garage sales on Saturday, May 24, and possibly Friday, May 23. Just wanted to let you all know in case you would also like to plan a sale for that same weekend.
Leaf Clean-Up Schedule
The Town of Danville will be in our neighborhood two times this fall for curbside leaf clean-up. The first date is Monday, October 28 and the second date is Monday, December 2. For more information about how and when you can put your leaves out, and also about leaf drop-off dates at Danville Public Works (1010 E. Broadway St.) go to their website here.

Neighborhood Garage Sales
Planning has begun for garage sales in our neighborhood! The dates will be Thursday through Saturday, May 2-4. If you would like have a sale on any or all of those days, let us know by clicking the Comment button.
