Orchard Estates Section 3 POA 
Hello Ms. Hubbard. I emailed the Section 3 POA in an attempt to reach the President of Section 1. We have a tree overhang issue from the entrance of Orchard Estates sidewalk area into our yard. This was addressed several years ago with President Oliphant at the time but without followup. An estimate was given to her by Cummins Tree Care. The tree in question was first discussed with the town but was told that the tree is on the Orchard Estates property line. It is a safety issue now. My grandchildren play in the backyard where the limb overhangs. We obtained an estimate from Mr. Paul Cummins today (5/31/24) ($2300 – tree topping and brush clearing) (317-608-8479). We would appreciate this issue being addressed at your upcoming Board Meeting, especially with all the storm weather that has hit the area lately. I am fearful of a tragic accident occurring at the entrance, or on our property, or both if this issue isn’t taken care of soon. Thank you for your quick response.
