Assessment notice letters were mailed to all Property Owners at the end of December. A new ballot to vote on an amendment to the Covenants was also included in mailing. Owners are asked to vote again on the proposed amendment to replace Article XVIII. Amendments or Revocation. More information about the amendment is on the ballot.
The ballot, proxy form, and proposed amendment information were included in the mailing. They can also be found by clicking here. Ballots or proxy forms are due on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 and may be included with your assessment payment. Hi Brian, we were close on the vote. When we found out that some folks thought they voted when they signed the petition, we decided to send out new ballots for one amendment. We’re hoping everyone will return their ballots for this new vote with their assessment payment.
